Meet the IDT Team
Our team is made up of our three staff members, overseen by our Board of Directors and supported by IDT’s membership base, volunteer network, and wider community members.

Maggie
Operations & Development Manager
Maggie has over 25 years experience working in roles in finance, procurement, project management, and administration. Her people skills and positive attitude are the driving force behind IDT.

Lacey
Development Officer
Lacey is an Earth Science (Hons) graduate bringing experience in geoscience and conservation. She supports IDT's environmental ambitions and engaging our community with these.

Gillian
Finance & Administration Officer
Gillian was born and raised in Inchinnan, and is now raising her own young family in the village. With a degree in Health & Lifestyle and a background in care work, she provides support across IDT’s projects.

Ali
Board Director
Ali works as a Education and Inclusion Advisor for Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park. Ali is passionate about creating equal access to nature and outdoor learning opportunities for all.

Mags
Board Director
Mags works as an early years educator at Inchinnan Community Nursery. Having served 10+ years on Inchinnan Community Council, she has been a key contributor many successful village projects.

Marci
Board Director
Marci is an experienced Environmental Health Officer with 20+ years in the field. Originally from Glasgow, Marci moved to Inchinnan, where she quickly fell in love with village life and our community.

Brian
Board Director
Brian is involved in various community organisations based in Inchinnan, bringing his knowledge of our local area as well as extensive experience from his role as an Assistant Property Director to the Trust.

Alan
Board Director
Dr Alan Murray is a Senior Lecturer in Enterprise at UWS, leading the Institute of Enterprise & Entrepreneurs Academy, and specialising in enterprise education, entrepreneurship, and business support.

Andy
Volunteer Wildlife Consultant
Andy is a Laboratory Technician at University of Glasgow and has surveyed Inchinnan wildlife for 20+ years. His local knowledge is second to none and he supports many aspects of our work.
