2022 Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of Inchinnan Development Trust will be held on:

Tuesday 13th September, at 7.30pm in the Inchinnan Community Association & Social Club

All Active and Non-Active Members have full voting rights at the AGM (those members who live within Inchinnan community boundary). Associate members (non-residents) and junior members are not eligible to stand for election to the Board nor are they eligible to vote at any general meeting.

Election, retiral, re-election: Member Directors

At the first annual general meeting, one third of the Member Directors shall retire from office.

The above Directors have all resigned from the organisation.
