Inchinnan Development Trust invites all members to attend the reconvened 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will now take place on 2nd March 2026.
The original meeting did not reach quorum and has therefore been rescheduled in line with the Trust’s governance procedures.
Date: Monday, 2nd March 2026
Time: 7:30 PM - 8:30pm
Venue: India of Inchinnan, Greenock Road, Inchinnan, PA4 9LH
The AGM will provide an opportunity to review the past year’s progress, discuss key developments, and address essential matters through proposed resolutions.
Accompanying this notice, the following documents are available for review:
AGM Booklet: Includes the meeting agenda, proposed resolutions (ordinary and special), voting information, proxy voting guidance and form, and a member director nomination form.
Minutes of the 2024 AGM: Minutes of previous AGM held on 10th December 2024.
2024/25 Financial Accounts: A detailed statement of the Trust’s finances.
Current Memorandum and Articles of Association & Revised Memorandum and Articles of Association.
Special Resolution Handout: Provides an overview of changes proposed to the current Memorandum and Articles of Association and reasoning behind them.
Members are encouraged to review these documents ahead of the meeting.
Physical copies of these documents are also available at the Trust’s staff office in India of Inchinnan, Greenock Road.
